The website itself is not a HIPAA system. The intake runs on their provider and is linked in a way that preserves context and trust. Submissions connect to the CRM so staff work from one source of truth.
We added a lightweight admin for trainings. Staff can create an event, set a price, and publish in minutes. Payments are handled by Stripe and appear inside the dashboard, so confirmations and receipts are easy to track. Automated reminder emails reduce no shows and free up time for care.
Search visibility matters when families are looking for support. We tuned copy, structure, and metadata, and we kept performance high through Cloudflare and efficient assets. After launch, rankings improved and Restoration House appeared on the first page of Google for important local searches.
